DRIVESHAFTS PRODUCTION
The driveshaft is an essential part of the vehicle transmission components which allows the engine-generated energy to be transmitted to the wheels. Through the work of the constant-velocity joint, it also allows the steering of the vehicle adjusting the movements of the suspension and isolating the vibrations. The driveshaft is also known as semi-shaft.
POWER STEERING RACKS PRODUCTION
The power steering rackfacilitates the movement of the vehicle wheels. Its operation is very simple: the mechanical pump connected to and driven into the crankshaft drives the oil along the pipes to the steering box. Here a reservoir, during the steering, introduces the oil into a piston acting as a lever on the steering.
EPS PRODUCTION
EPS, also known as electric power steering, reduces the steering effort on the steering wheel by the driver of the vehicle. Working in combination with ESP and ABS, the EPS allows an active return of the steering, reducing the oscillations and maintaining the control of the vehicle trajectory in case of sudden braking or steering.
BRAKES PRODUCTION
Brakes are an important component of vehicles and light duty vehicles. These devices slow or stop the movement of a vehicle. There are different types of brakes classified according to structural characteristics.
